After years of building custom solutions for unique business problems, we can now offer you change programs too. These help you solve challenges we have encountered more often. The format is also proven based on our previous projects so we’re happy to offer this for a fixed price.

Growth Mindset program

Change is a constant and those who thrive are the ones who adapt. This is why Growth Mindset has become an increasingly important facet of leading organizations. People with a Growth Mindset believe that they can develop their talents and skills through commitment, education, and perseverance.

In this 3-month program, we will drive and facilitate the people and process changes required for nurturing a Growth Mindset culture. This will help your employees take risks, embrace challenges, and maximize learning. 

Customer Journey program

How do you align all teams around a common vision while increasing conversion, retention, and innovation? A collective focus on the customer journey is a prime candidate. Most churn comes from gaps in the customer journey and behavioral insights provide effective interventions.

In this 3-month program, we will implement a change strategy to increase communication and process quality between teams like marketing, UX, CRO, customer journey, DevOps, and support to improve the customer experience.

Diversity & Inclusion program

Organizations at all levels struggle to translate findings and initiatives into actual behavioral change and reach their D&I targets. The reason for this, is that the focus in traditional initiatives like diversity training lies too heavily on trying to change people’s minds. What organizations should be focussing on, is changing the systems and environments in which decisions are made.
