As with any impactful organizational change, Growth Mindset is about cultivating a culture that promotes continuous learning and growth. We will help you implement Growth Mindset in your organization using our four-phase methodology:

  • 1. Behavioral Strategy: Goal is to create a clear plan of action informed by brain & behaviour insights to map the goal, scope, priorities, risks, and metrics.

  • 2. Behavioral Insights: Goal identify the changes needed to embed Growth Mindset in habits, behaviors, and processes throughout your organization.

In their position as market leader, this transition requires the people at Essent to prepare for rapid change, disruption, and new challenges. They decided to nurture and strengthen the Growth Mindset of their people and asked us to help them with the change management.

Forms of Collaboration

After our orientation call, you will receive a custom proposal and below you can find an overview of how we tend to work with our clients.

1. Change-as-a-Service

When you want to involve us as a dedicated partner who drives the implementation of Growth Mindset from start to finish, Change-as-a-Service helps our team reserve and prioritize X hours per month.

Together with you, we will discuss how many of our consultants should be available for how many day parts. Worth mentioning, unallocated hours can be brought into the next month.

2. Project-based

When your organization is already working on Growth Mindset (e.g. in leadership development) and you want to include us as a partner, you can expect a pricing indication similar to the one below. We focus on deliverables, then subdivide them into the phases of our methodology, add a timeline, and divide the work between senior and junior consultants.

To maximize our value, we leverage the diverse experience and expertise of our team and partner with quality professionals with 20+ years experience in organizational change management and business consulting.

3. Growth Mindset Audit

To demonstrate value at low risk, we have designed a Growth Mindset Audit in which we perform an in-depth analysis of the barriers and opportunities of implementing Growth Mindset in your department or organization with a clear action plan in 80 hours.
