Deze community bestond uit change leaders, managers en practitioners die actief zijn in verschillende regio\u2019s en functies. Het doel was om hun gedeelde toolkit te versterken voor het leiden van complexe verandering binnen een grote, mondiale organisatie. Voor een organisatie van deze omvang (135.000+ medewerkers) is dit een aanzienlijke uitdaging.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"1107\">In eerste instantie boden we diverse ad-hoc advies- en implementatiediensten aan die door iedereen binnen de CMC&amp;T-community en door change champions konden worden aangevraagd. Zij droegen een thema of actuele uitdaging aan, waarna wij de meest relevante gedragsinzichten of interventies selecteerden die zij konden toepassen. In de loop van de tijd zijn we overgestapt op een meer consistente projectaanpak, waarbij we de meest relevante inzichten en interventies hebben geproductiseerd zodat deze eenvoudig toegankelijk zijn voor iedereen binnen de wereldwijde change community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1515\">Op basis van inzichten uit de gedragswetenschap en neurowetenschap is het programma ontwikkeld rond de <strong>18 evidence-based interventies<\/strong> die worden beschreven in ons boek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managementboek.nl\/boek\/9789493451148\/gedragsgericht-veranderen-philip-jordanov\"><em data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1312\">Gedragsgericht Veranderen<\/em><\/a>. Deze interventies zijn vertaald naar <strong>een reeks korte, praktische leervideo\u2019s<\/strong>, elk afgestemd op de concrete uitdagingen waar de Change Management, Communications &amp; Training-community mee te maken heeft.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1901\">De inhoud richtte zich op hoe mensen verandering in complexe systemen daadwerkelijk aannemen, weerstaan en volhouden. Deelnemers verkenden thema\u2019s zoals onzekerheid, stakeholderdynamiek, gewoontevorming en gedragsmatige barri\u00e8res bij implementatie. Door het materiaal te verankeren in <strong>herkenbare J&amp;J-scenario\u2019s<\/strong> werden gedragsinzichten direct toepasbaar in het dagelijkse veranderwerk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1903\" data-end=\"2210\">Het resultaat was een schaalbare, praktische leerervaring die de gedeelde taal, vaardigheden en het zelfvertrouwen van Johnson &amp; Johnson&#8217;s wereldwijde change community versterkte, en zo bijdroeg aan meer consistente en effectievere gedragswetenschappelijk onderbouwde change management binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2528\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Het was een eer om met gedragswetenschap bij te dragen aan de toonaangevende inspanningen van de wereldwijde change community van Johnson &amp; Johnson.
