SEAT’s Culture & Change team partnered with Neurofied to bring a behavioral science approach into their transformation work. With major cultural and organizational shifts underway, they wanted a practical, evidence-based way to understand how people actually adopt and sustain new behaviors. Over two in-person days, we guided the group through the neuroscience and psychology behind effective change using frameworks from our book “The Dynamics of Business Behavior”.
Throughout the workshop, participants applied a series of science-backed interventions directly to their own cases challenges. They ran premortems to surface hidden risks, mapped target behaviors and barriers using COM-B, crafted public narratives to increase alignment, designed if-then plans to strengthen commitment, and explored red-blue team debates to reduce blind spots in decision-making. By working hands-on with these tools, SEAT’s team translated abstract cultural ambitions into concrete behaviors that can drive lasting change across the organization.
